The Michigan Oncology Quality Consortium (MOQC) is a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan-sponsored group of medical and gynecologic-oncology practices, led by a physician Program Director, which:

• Supports continuous quality improvement and the development of best practices
• Leverages data collected from medical records, claims, or patient-reported outcomes to track & trend performance against a set of quality measures
• Focuses on reducing variation in care
• Provides forums/meetings to share data and practices in a learning, structured format; and
• Rewards practices and physicians for quality care
