Fouzia is a transformational heart guide, mentor, channel and ceremonialist with over a decade of space-holding experience. She is devoted to living a life rooted in love and empowering others to do the same. To truly know ourselves is, Fouzia believes, the greatest gift we can offer to humanity. After a profound journey with Cacao in 2015, she answered Mama Cacao’s call and was initiated in 2017. Since then, she has led Cacao ceremonies worldwide in the UK, Mexico, Bali, Thailand, Italy and France weaving healing modalities like yoga, dance, sound, energy healing, and heart-centered rituals. As part of her mission to empower others to remember their Divine nature she also facilitates fire ceremonies, wellbeing workshops, women's ceremonies, festivals and retreats, yoga, meditation & offers 1:1 sessions, blending spiritual mentoring, reiki, breathwork,gong healing and multidimensional energy healing.
Once a lawyer, Fouzia now fully embraces her soul’s calling—helping others awaken the love in their hearts, uncover their gifts, and live a life of joy, love, peace and purpose.
She also offers Cacao Training to support those ready to step into their soul's true calling & purpose & hold sacred spaces to serve others. One of her recent graduates now confidently leads her own ceremonies, empowered by her training and deeply connected to the spirit of Cacao.
