DZEC is a ministry that arrests the emotional effects of domestic violence. Domestic violence is bondage without the physical ropes and ties, it binds you up emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.  DZEC gives you awareness and tools to get past these issues. We empower people of all backgrounds to help them come into their true identity.
