I would love to support you along your healing journey, and offer unique sound and energy healing and movement, to change your vibration.

For over ten years I have worked as a wellbeing practitioner, providing professional wellbeing services. During this time I have perfected my craft, to offer professional in depth Reiki training of all levels, and guided healing sound baths. I have performed many sound baths for hundreds over these years, performing at the Royal court, The Liver buildings, Liverpool spiritualist church, yoga in the city and Lush.

My story... Once upon a time I awakened to a reality I no longer resonated with, I found myself trapped in the music industry within the London rat race, totally disillusioned with my own life. I shifted my focus through meditation and manifestation and began using the law of attraction to escape. Early 2010 I flew to Australia, and so began my magical spiritual journey, exploring six continents of earth for over seven years. Along my journey I discovered my unique skills and abilities, came home to myself, I changed forever. With a new positive focus I dedicated myself to training as a Sound Healer, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Master and Aquatic therapist in India. I began sharing Yoga, Reiki and inducing meditative trance states with Sound vibrations, in nature, sacred sites, hospitals and schools, for hundreds of people all over the world, witnessing the power of sound to induce meditative states of peace and deep transformational healing and guidance from source.

After several years exploring, I felt the pull to come home and return to my homelands Liverpool, returning in 2018, setting up my business Change Vibration Movement, offering wellness services to the community since then. It is an honour to be part of the Sonic Movement, raising awareness of the power of healing sound vibrations, to harmonise and unify the being .
