HI! I am Annie! I have been a lover of desserts and baking for as long as I can remember. I wrote on my preschool mother's day note that I wanted to be a baker when I grew up. I did not pursue my passion until I was 29. I left my job as a Social Worker for Cuyahoga County Department of Children & Family services in 2006 and started over.

I graduated from Kent State University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and went back to school and earned an Associate degree in Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University in 2007.

I started by business at the age of 40 and started teaching baking classes 6 months later.

I own a Baking school located at 1433 West Bagley Road, Ste 250, Berea, Ohio 44017. I am the only baking school in Cleveland and any surrounding areas.

I help my students find the fun in baking and teach them skills that they can carry with them beyond my baking classes. I have been a Pastry Chef for 18 years and I have taught over 900 baking classes since 2018.

My students always work individually because it is not only more fun, but they learn more by making their desserts step by step from scratch. The other cooking schools make you work in groups and you do very minimal work.

My unique topics vary and include: French Macarons, Cupcakes, Pumpkin Rolls, Sticky buns, Cookies, Cream puffs, Foolproof pies and more!

My classes are for anyone 10 and older and I host kids baking camps in the Summer for kids ages 7 and older. These classes sell our early every year.

I have taught thousands of students virtually all over the world and locally and love being able to help make baking more fun and less stressful! Lert me help you find your passion for baking or just let you have some time to have fun with me and my amazing students!

Follow me on FB and IG and subscribe to my newsletter on my website to see what's new and how you can find me.
