VISA Application

Many foreign delegates requires visa to attend the conference and thereby must have a business visiting visa and using our Invitation Letter in your Business Visiting Visa Application can get you the visa application, but be well sure that Invitation Letter Only does not guarantee Visa Approval, We therefore strongly advise each professional delegates to seek support for professional documentation that will not induce errors in the administration of Immigration Acts.

1. Enough Proof that you will exit Canada at the end of the conference or at the end of your approved Visa length
2. Enough Proof of Funds and confirmation of booked accommodation.
3. Reason for attending any our conferences, All truth must be stated, in the visa application form
4. Visa can be declined if there are inconsistencies in your visa applications and on such, Aerocone will not be held responsible for declines.

In Order to assist our audiences, We, therefore, publish our conferences at least 6 to 8 months ahead of the conference date, and for your Visa to be granted for any of our events, Please endeavour to register as soon as possible and submit your visa application at least 12 weeks (90 Days) preceding the conference date.

Transportation.

Aerocone currently in partnerships with many private cab and buses owners to pick attendees from the airport. (This is applicable only if the purchased ticket states that the ticket offers accommodation and Pick up service.

City Tours

City tours is one of our premium services after the conferences and attracts additional fees or if purchased event ticket carries or stated it is included. all these must be attached in the visa application as well.
